No. We use pH-neutral cleaners on wood and LVP, and floor-safe extraction. We test in an inconspicuous spot before doing the full area.
Can you fix dingy grout?
Yes — alkaline pre-spray and rotary scrub lifts most grout discoloration. For very old or stained grout, color sealing is an option (additional charge).
Do you polish hardwood?
Yes — a polish-and-buff add-on is $50 per room. This refreshes the finish but is not a full refinish (sanding/re-staining).
How soon can I walk on the floor?
Tile: 30–60 minutes. Hardwood and LVP: 15–30 minutes. Grout sealing requires 24 hours to fully cure.
